We provide a 14-day free trial period so you can fully test the software before purchasing. Once a lifetime license is purchased, refunds are ONLY issued within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, and strictly in the event of a verified critical technical defect that prevents the software from launching on your current system.
After the 14-day purchase window has closed, NO refunds or compensations will be provided under any circumstances. The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable for any future compatibility issues caused by third-party operating system updates (such as Windows updates), SDK changes, or hardware modifications made after the initial 14-day warranty period.
